Founder’s Legacy: Chaudhary Daya Ram (CDR)

At the heart of our story lies the remarkable legacy of Chaudhary Daya Ram (CDR)—a visionary whose journey from humble beginnings to real estate leadership reshaped not just landscapes, but countless lives.

With unwavering integrity, an unrelenting work ethic, and a profound devotion to his community, CDR's path was not merely about success—it was about service, upliftment, and transformation. His pioneering foresight reimagined South Delhi’s farmhouse belt, turning vast open lands into thriving communities brimming with hope, opportunity, and prosperity.

CDR Chowk: A Landmark of Legacy

In the heart of Chhatarpur stands CDR Chowk, a tribute to CDR’s enduring influence and visionary leadership. This prominent landmark is more than just a crossroads—it is a symbol of transformation, a reminder of the foundation he laid for future generations to thrive.

CDR Punjab Royals: Igniting Aspirations through Sport

Inspired by CDR’s belief in empowering youth and celebrating local talent, the CDR Punjab Royals Kabaddi Team was founded as a beacon of community pride. Featuring elite athletes—including the legendary Phogat sisters, such as Geeta Phogat—this initiative reflects our dedication to promoting sports, nurturing young dreams, and uplifting both men and women through the power of competition and unity.

CDR Public School: A Vision Fulfilled through Education

Education was CDR’s lifelong dream—a dream he, unfortunately, did not live to see fulfilled. After his passing in 1999, his son, Trilok Chaudhary, took up the mantle, founding CDR Public School to honour his father’s vision. Operated under the Bethel School Society, this non-profit institution is committed to nurturing young minds, offering world-class education and enriching extracurricular opportunities to empower children from all walks of life.

In Collaboration with Visionaries: K.P. Singh and the DLF Era

Our journey was further shaped by the enduring partnership between Ch. Daya Ram and K.P. Singh, Chairman Emeritus of DLF Group. Together, they helped redefine the region’s landscape. In his book, Why the Heck Not?, K.P. Singh formally acknowledges CDR’s pioneering contributions—cementing his role as a cornerstone in the evolution of South Delhi’s development.

A Legacy That Lives On

Every step we take today is guided by the values CDR lived by:

  • Uncompromising ethics
  • A deep sense of social responsibility
  • A relentless pursuit of impact and upliftment

As we continue to build communities, nurture talent, and create new opportunities, we do so in honour of Ch. Daya Ram Ji’s legacy—with the commitment to touching lives, shaping futures, and building a brighter tomorrow for all.
